Property is very well located. Not far from the train center and very close to two central squares with good dining and breakfast pastries nearby. Host was very nice and made good recomendations. Would stay again because of the location. However, it was noisy outside. We seemed to be near a night club that while quiet by 10:30 PM, every night people were singing or making a lot of noise at 4AM in the streets. The property provided ear plugs so it must be more than our luck. Also while they call themselves B&B, no coffee or breakfast provided. Just tea.

Great location easy walking distace to so much, comfortable room. No breakfast provided but coffe bars aplenty nearby, and lots of dining options. Very friendly and helful owner gave us an orientation to Florence. on arrival.

Perfect Location! Near everything in Florence with a great arrangement with a restaurant for breakfast. Would stay there again!

Location is excellent with a 10min walk to the Trevi fountain and 30min to the Coliseum. Lots of restaurants in the area and shopping. Room was nice and clean but there was a rumble in the walls when the toilet was flushed as well as other rooms. I believe this is called water hammering. The bed was not very good but the host did change it out for us and was a little better after.

Nos pusieron una tarifa y al llegar nos cobraron 150 Euros de más. La ubicación excelente y el desayuno por que es fuera del hotel. El baño del hotel tiene hongos en los azulejos de abajo. Mucho ruido toda la noche no tiene ventanas que boquean el ruido
