Gefallen hat uns das freundliche Personal bei der Reception, das Frühstücksbuffet sowie die mehr oder weniger zentrale Lage des Hotels. Nicht gefallen hat, dass weder TV noch der Safe funktionierten beim Zimmerbezug (wurden auch erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken behoben) sowie die WC Brille ca. eine handbreite neben der Schüssel montiert ist, sodass man nur schwer und sehr unbequem auf dem WC sitzen kann! Dies wurde leider auch nach mehrmaligem Melden nicht behoben. Schade! Ansonsten okay.

Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Aussicht war leider ein Blick in einem Hinterhof. Dafür nicht auf der Straßenseite 😅Das Hotel ist schlecht lärmisoliert, man hört jedes Wort das auf dem Flur oder in den Nebenzimmern gesprochen wird. Sauber undfunktionell.

Stay in Florence

Pros: + it's near the city center
Cons: 1) the breakfast: - the milk of the coffee machine didn't seem to be good anymore. - it would be better if one could buy also a small breakfast
Location: + there are restaurants and also shops near the hotel (about 5 minutes walk) + there is a bus station
It was ok, the room was clean and big enough for two persons. The hotelstaff was very kind and cooperative. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, for a hotel whoose Name is "bed and breakfast" I would have expected a little bit more. Also for the price. It was an "all you can eat" price, but the choice wasn't very big. I'd have liked some fruits for example. If there isn't so much choice I'd have preferred to buy a small breakfast (insted of the all you can eat), e.g. a bakery product and a coffee. That would have been enough. I thought the price was too high for the little choice you had. Indeed, I went to a bakery the next day and had a better breakfast for a third of the price!
