This resort is amazing! You get more than you pay for here. The thermal pools are amazing. You have lots of space. Total freedom to explore without feeling micro-managed. The amenities are many. The only problem is you will not want to leave the resort to explore the rest of the island. I highly recommend!

First the location. This is the PERFECT location for a home base. Everything was walkable and so close, we were able to stop back often and use our own restroom. Wonderful cafe’s, restaurants, shopping and sights within minutes while walking. Never needed public transportation to get anywhere. The train station is a quick walk up the street if you need it. Now the room and owner: simply the best! Everything was updated but with a classic style, fresh, clean and smelled wonderful! The linens and draperies were even beautiful. The owner was so kind and helpful. We were halfway through our Italy trip and needed clothes washed. For a small, reasonable fee, he handled everything. The mattress is very firm, much firmer than I prefer but I still slept fantastic. Room 6 is so lovely if you can request it. We can’t wait to stay again and will recommend it to friends and family!

Great Hotel Conveniently Located

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious, our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. The entire facility was spotless. Excellent breakfast buffet is available at extra cost. Enrico is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This was a simple room with good mattress and shower. Breakfast was good and location was near all our activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walk from the train station is a bit difficult, with luggage and narrow, crowded sidewalks.

Great communication with the property. They reached out prior to arrival for estimated time. They were there to greet us. This is a very conveniently located piece of property that makes it easy to get to mass transportation, as well as cultural sites. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom.

Great BandB

Enrico is fabulous running the B and B. The room we had was lovely though it wasn’t a space to hang out. Only one chair. Bathroom very nice. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with large variety of food. Perfect cappuccino!

Enrico is the perfect host and his little B&B residence is just lovely. It is well-situated in Firenze and very close to the main public market which is a MUST. You are left pretty much to your own devices (which we love but you may not). We received many suggestions from him on check in which we did mostly all of and they were all great. The room itself is large, comfortable and SILENT! Even over a noisy street. We were able to leave our bags at check out and return later which helped with our afternoon train departure. All in all a great stay.
