The location is excllent within walking distance of everything in town. However, the front desk is only available for a limited hours. Also the supply of toiletries is limited with shampoo in small pouches and no bath gel. On one occasion, the cleaning staff forgot to leave a shampoo pouch, and we have to wait for the next day.

This is a wonderful choice for being in easy walking distance to the major sights in Florence, plus many shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the flight of stairs to climb to get to the reception desk, but that is minor compared to all the positives of staying here. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in the center of all the main sites. Even the furthest site was only ~10 minutes away. Because it's so close to everything, was able to stop at the B&B anytime to get refreshed and some relief from the summer heat! Staff was wonderful and spoke English. Would highly recommend this beautiful establishment.
