Ciao!!! The elevator doesn't work adequately, so keep that in mind if you're traveling w heavy luggage, people w physical disabilities or little kids. The decoration is minimal and outdated w equipment needing maintenance. Beeding is simple. Bathroom was clean. They don't have front desk after 7PM. In conclusion, the property doesn't feel like a 3 stars hotel. I only recommended it for one night stay by single travelers or couples that have every detail planned and appreciate good location over anuthing else.

Our host was very informative and shared where to go for meals, best views etc. It was excellently located not too far from the train, an easy walk with luggage. It is a very old building but comfortable. A small lift to help with bags.

Very nice property, close to the train station and all of the sites of Florence. The hotel manager and his wife were incredibly helpful and friendly. A slow elevator was the only thing that could be improved.
