Average apartment

Location is good. Close to train station and 15 min walk to the Florence attraction district. Short on kitchen items (especially properly working corkscrew and only 1 wine glass for example). Reached out to owner a couple times and no response so that was disappointing. Bunk beds very squeaky and not very comfortable. Shower water pressure is very poor. This could be a really fantastic apartment with some fine tuning.

Great Location, Spacious, but missing some basics

Stayed with the family. Great location, close to center, spacious, manager was very responsive. I overlooked that the property did not have air conditioning. We were provided fans but it was still a little uncomfortable for the summer. Also, there was no dishes at all! I would stay there again in the cooler months.
