Beautiful apartment in the Oltrarno, just a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio. On the 4th floor without elevator, with terrace overlooking Palazzo Pitti and the city.
Composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and dining room, mezzanine lounge with single sofa bed. Lot of light in the apartment. Very nice Terrace, equipped and great for sunbathing on sunny days or read a book while drinking a glass of Chianti !
Air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi free.
Equipped with washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

Great location near the bridge

The host was very good to work with. The location of this apartment is great, it is 3 minutes to the Vecchio and 5 minutes to the great shopping across the other bridge. Full disclosure here, there are MORE THAN 95 narrow steps to climb with all your luggage!! (I wish I had known that prior to our stay) We did have a great stay once we finally made it up the stairs. This did limit some of our plans as we tried to limit the number of times that we had to go up the stairs to get to the apartment...it was not easy to stop back at the apartment to use the facilities during the day or between activities. The pictures show everything as it is, just probably a little more used now. We do absolutely LOVE Florence.

Excellent Location

This location is great for sightseeing the major areas. We were a group of 6 adults staying in this property. The apartment was large enough for the group and the roof terrace was a fantastic asset in the evenings to sit and have a chat and a glass of wine or beer. The apartment is looking a little tired and in need of some modernisation and new crockery. The showers were a little small and the water pressure was unable to cope with people showering together - we overcame that by a rota system. The washing machine was a great asset even though it became unbalanced in the spin cycle and had a tendancy to twist on its platform - Nycolas was going to sort that when I made him aware of it. I would not advise this apartment for anyone who does not 'do' stairs its a Penthouse and 5 floors up!

Beautiful place, good location

The property was very comfortable and clean. The rooms were a nice size. It was very bright and nicely decorated with a nice patio and good view. Also, in a very good location. I would highly recommend it!
