It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the spacious and bright 3 double rooms. Equipped with two bathrooms, one shared with shower and one private with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances separated from the large and comfortable living area with dining table, sofa and television.       Wi-fi connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment.                                                        
Located in the very central Santa Croce district, you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
