This accommodation and location is perfect. I eloped for my wedding with only my parents and siblings in attendance. We had more than enough space to be comfortable and gather as a family in the living area. Gregorio, the host, was also incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make this stay pleasant for all of us! A great location close to the hubbub but far enough away that it was quiet. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the summer! Only downside was lugging your bags up to the third floor (no elevator).

Very walkable from the train station but off of the noisy road. A quiet apartment with several flights of stairs to reach it. Good for families. Close to cafes, and walkable to the Duomo and The David. The host Greg is excellent and really does care!

This property was clean, very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with original works of art and antiques. It was a beautifully balanced space of the old and the new in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located very close to the train station, with the rest of Florence easily accessible on foot. The owners are both artistically talented and exceptionally gracious, and went so far as to personally lead us just down the street to the best meal we had in Florence at a local osteria!

Absolutely wonderful! My kids and I LOVED this apt! Air conditioning was amazing (in every room!), lots of beds and space, great sitting area and kitchen. A block or two from all the action in Florence - we wish we had stayed longer! The 6 flights of steps was a bit of a hike, but we didn’t mind bc the apt was so wonderful. Special thanks to our amazing hosts!!

Florence is amazing!

The flat was perfect, no issues and is centrally located. The host was accommodating. The city and its people are vibrant and all was good: the food, the shops, the walks and of course, the ice cream!
