I thought the free meals were great and food was ok but I think it could be cleaned a bit better in the rooms and the lobby of the hotel as well but the staff was very nice and accommodating and helped make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The stay was amazing the only issue we had was with hotels.com not forwarding our reservation to the hotel and we had to call and find it luckily i had it on my phone still cost me 15 minutes at front desk.

Great place. Great staff as well. Things are so new, there needs to be some communication about using your card to turn on room lights, how to control the heat, etc. my peeve here was the motion switch for bathroom lights which would come on in the middle of the night when one gets up. Just put in a switch and maybe a nightlife which I have seen at other Drury Inns. We are big on Drury Inns, stayed here two nights, stayed in Marietta and Knoxville on this same trip. This is the first time I have had a negative comment

The food areas should be cleaned while people are eating, since a lot of spilled food on the floor could create a hazard. Good service-new hotel; overall very nice, with caring staff. Controls for air conditioning and heating were hard to work in the room. In the disabled room, the shampoo and the other bottles of liquids in the shower are set too high to reach, as are most of the towels. The shower is very good, but there should be a warning about how hot the water is, (also for the sink).
