This 100 sq mt / 1076 sq ft apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of a three-story 16th-century period residence. It has 3 bedrooms, a terrace with a loggia overlooking the rooftops, and 2 full bathrooms.

The first bedroom is located near the entrance and has two single beds (size of the two single beds 90x190cm) with its own en-suite bathroom with toilet and bidet.

Going up 7 steps you reach the second bedroom with a double bed (double mattress, not divisible, measures 160x190cm), with ensuite bathroom and bathtub. Going up 3 more steps you reach the living room that offers comfortable sofas and a 40\'\' smart TV. Also here is the kitchen equipped with all the necessities to prepare a good meal.

From the living room going up 5 steps you reach the 20 sqm terrace that overlooks the Florentine rooftops. Returning to the living room by going down 3 steps you finally reach the third double bedroom (double mattress, not divisible, measures 160x190cm) with ensuite bathroom complete with shower.

Location is amazing

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday. The location was perfect with easy access to grocery and really anything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We did cook and eat in some (holiday) so I did wish the kitchen was more fully stocked. There were only 4 dinner plates. There are stairs (2-6) through out the unit which was not a problem for us but could be for others.

Lovely "work from home" apartment

We looked for a property that would allow us to work remotely (strong wifi), sleep well (quiet apartment), and enjoy the life of Florence. This rental was ideal! We had the most wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect brief stay

Everything went smooth with our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We were 3 couples altogether and all had a fabulous time. We only stayed 2 nights and wish we could've stayed longer!

Great Location and Charm, but issues with bathroom

The location and charm of this apartment was perfect, including an awesome outdoor balcony and elevator for suitcases. But we were not notified that a bathroom was out of order and the bathroom had dirty towels and garbage in it making the mirror area completely unusable. The owner actively communicated with us until I asked for a cleaning service to come and then communication stopped until Monday morning when we checked out. We were issued a partial refund after we complained about the bathroom. It was disappointing. Owner said I was notified but I could not find the email and I received all Other emails regarding our stay. Check if the bathroom is working in all 3 areas before your stay!! Otherwise we did like this apartment and the ease of walking around Florence.

Nice place but disappointing ending

We enjoyed our time in Florence but the apartment is listed as 3 bathrooms and only two were working. This should have been disclosed (they did reimburse us 130 euros). Also after we left the apartment my husband left several pieces of expensive clothing. I called right away and apparently the clothing was “gone.” I don’t blame the management company but I do blame the cleaning company.

Great location, would benefit from a kitchen refresh

We were a family of 5, inc 3 teenagers, traveling from the USA for a 3 night stay. The accommodation had many benefits, not least being in a great location for seeing the major sights, yet also a quiet neighborhood for the night time. There was a cafe two doors down, and a supermarket a hop and a skip for groceries. We enjoyed the living space and the balcony area. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfy and everywhere was clean. On the downside, the kitchen was in poor condition with very basic provisions, for example needed a set of knives and chopping boards. The fridge and dishwasher were both very old with the fridge missing a shelf and the freezer needing a defrost. Additionally, the bathroom with the bathtub was small and the shower curtain and tiling mouldy. For this price, it would have been lovely to have basic provisions provided, milk, bread etc and more than a roll of toilet paper. Overall, the accommodation was ok, the location made up for the shortfalls, but I wouldn’t recommend to any friends.

Large apartment and good location

Stayed 2 nights here with our family of 5. The apartment is about a 1/2 mile walk to all the important sites of Florence. We loved relaxing on the terrace in the am before setting out for the day and after a long day of touring. Hosts were friendly and stored our luggage until the apartment was ready for us. Communication with the host was great. Prior to arriving we were informed the 1 bathroom was not in working order. Which was fine as there were 2 others to use. After our stay the issued a small refund of the rental fee for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable and our family had plenty of space. My only recommendation would be for directions on how to operate the washer/dryer. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Fabulous Property

I cannot say enough about the absolutely fabulous apartment we stayed in during our trip to Florence. It was spacious and comfortable with a giant living room and private balcony. The balcony was perfect for just relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and listening to the bustling evening life of Florence going on below. The staff we dealt with went out of their way to assure we felt comfortable and held our hand through the entire process, from booking to payment and key retrieval. The location was close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and was just down the street from a delightful Resturant, a delicious Gelato store and even a small grocery store. Five out of five in every respect. When I return to Florence I can't picture staying anywhere else. Truly a singular, high end experience.

Beautiful and Charming Florence Apartment!

We loved our stay at Buonarroti! Francesca and Adelaide are amazing to work with and quick to answers any questions or offer suggestions. The apartment is a multi-level old-world charmer with a warm and homey feel. It had everything we needed, and the A/Cs worked great! We particularly enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the private balcony. We loved the location just over the river. It was an easy walk to all the popular sites, but we liked exploring the surrounding neighborhoods as well. We had some of our best meals and gelato around Piazza Santo Spirito. We would highly recommend this property and Newtopique! Thank for a wonderful stay in Florence!

Very spacious house with beautiful furnishings in a great area. Santo Spirito has many great restaurants, cafes and shops, and it’s a quick walk over the bridge to the Duomo and historic area. Ponte Vecchio is also only a 5 minute walk away.

Fabulous Florence Flat
