Poor lighting throughout. WiFi; had to call for password. Shower is way to small 16”x 26”. The walk up four floors was demanding, especially when you finally make it to the room and find out inside you have one more flight to climb. It’s down as it sleeps four but the two outside the bedroom have to walk by people sleeping in the bedroom to access the bathroom.

Campuccio Terrace

Negative comments first. We are over 70 years old and our first experience was that no one was present to meet us when we arrived and we were unaware that we had to climb 60 steps with luggage to get to the apartment. That should be advertised on line. The bed was overly firm for our comfort (but the pull-out bed/couch was VERY comfortable). Instructions for stove and oven were not readily available. Positive comments: Apartment was cozy, comfortable, and clean and we enjoyed staying in the Oltarno.

Great apartment, great location

This comfortable apartment is located in the Santo Spirito neighbourhood, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to all the sights. The apartment is up 60 steep steps but the stairwell is well lit and there is a sturdy handrail. The climb is worth the effort as there is a small charming terrace with a view over the roof tops. The bed is comfortable and.the water hot in the updated bathroom. There is a small kitchen with basic cooking utensils. Check in and check out were effortless.!I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book this apartment again if back in Florence.

Great spot and space

Located really close to Santo Spirito this place had such charm and a convenient location! Easy check in and the apartment has everything we needed with dishes, soap, washing machine etc. Only note is be prepared to walk several flights of stairs to the apartment. Something to note if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage! Would absolutely stay here again!

Week-end prolongé à Florence

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end prolongé à Florence.Les points positifs : l’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent***, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout visiter facilement. Le logement était propre et calme.Les points moins bien : la salle d’eau avec WC n’est accessible que depuis la chambre, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant. L’appartement est situé sous les toits, donc attention aux nombreuses marches pour y accéder. Enfin, la terrasse, bien que présente, manque de chaises et d’une petite table, ce qui est dommage.

The apartment on the fourth floor offers a beautiful view and a small terrace, which is actually quite charming. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio wasn't justified. It lacked some basic amenities, such as a hairdryer and a toilet brush. The terrace was only usable to a limited extent – a table and suitable seating were completely missing; instead, there was a damaged screen and a broken chair.The ascent to the fourth floor is exclusively via a narrow stone staircase, which is definitely a challenge with heavy luggage – especially if you're traveling alone. Overall, we would have preferred more comfort and more complete amenities for the price.
