Quiet Florence neighborhood

The stay was very nice and relaxing. It is walking distance to everything but in a more quiet and relaxed neighborhood. If you are renting a car this is a nice plade because there is a safe car garage around the corner.

Beautiful and spacious!

My husband and I spent a week at Casa Giorgio and loved it! I was nervous about renting a newly listed property, and it exceeded our expectations. The host was very understanding about our travel delay. The apartment is much larger than it appears in photos with enormous windows and high ceilings. Although Florence was extremely hot during our stay, the open windows provided ample breeze to keep us comfortable. Not mentioned in the description are the two balconies on the front and back of the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the bedroom balcony every evening to unwind after busy days of sightseeing. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, yet everything one could need is within easy walking distance. Furthermore, we walked only 20 minutes over the Arno every morning to meet our tour guide. The Santo Spirito area has a charming nightlife. We will most definitely return to this apartment when we visit Florence again.

Bonne emplacement, spacieux mais manque d'équipement et de charme

Tout d'abord il faut savoir que dans l'annonce il est précisé qu'il y a un parking avec le logement. Cette information est fausse. Vous allez vous devoir vous garer dans la rue. Et à Florence les places pour se garer sont très dures à trouver. L'appartement est bien placé et très spacieux, par contre, il manque beaucoup d'équipement au niveau de la vaisselle et la douche est insalubre.

Beaucoup de qualités mais rue bruyante (en été si fenêtre ouverte)

Points positifs : logement grand, neuf, lits très confortables, possibilité de laisser ses valises pour un départ l'après-midi. Centre historique à pied en 20 mn. Ce logement a beaucoup de qualités. Points négatifs: la rue est malheureusement bruyante. Or 2 chambres donnent sur la rue. Il est difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte (or en été il doit faire chaud). La 3e pièce est un salon et donne sur la cour. Il serait peut-être mieux que le salon devienne une chambre.
