Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel .

Hotel is new and room is big. We had junior suite which is comfortable for 3 pax with a single sofa bad. Hotel is right off the tollway and served our purpose as we did not want to drive into Florence ZTL zone. Breakfast had a good spread. Will recommend this hotel if you do not wish to drive into Florence.

We stayed on a family room for 4 (2adults + 2 kids above 10) and found the original room offered small for 2 extra beds as the second bed couldnt fit properly. We offered an upgrade to a better room were we could for in and we were very happy. It is a very nice hotel inside, very clean, good amenities, lovely spa/swimming pools (there is a fee to use), game rooms for kids. We loved the interior design of the room and restaurants and lobby, lovely modern design. We used our car to arrive at hotel, so not sure how public transport works for access. There was not much to discover around the hotel.

Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little light pollution so starry skies at night. Just what we needed this trip. Thank you! Like many cities there is a tourism / hotel tax.

Very unfriendly staff. The restroom shower flooded and the only think they offered was towels. Never did they resolved the problem. Very expensive hotel to have a flooded restroom. Very disappointed.

Hotel com instalações novas e amplas. Ótimo café da manhã (acima do esperado) e serviço de bar no lounge. Estacionamento gratuito muito conveniente. A localização, um pouco afastada da cidade, somente é um problema para quem deseja ir várias vezes ao centro histórico, o que não foi o meu caso. Uma objeção importante: uma das alas do hotel tem face para oeste/noroeste, o que faz com que receba todo o sol da tarde. Isso torna os quartos muito quentes e abafados. Para piorar as coisas, a política do hotel é de não ligar o ar condicionado no início da primavera. Muito ruim essa situação, que só foi resolvida pela intervenção da funcionária Sara, que providenciou a mudança de acomodação. Uma segunda restrição é à existência de quartos apenas com banheiras no WC. Muito altas e dificílimas de acessar para pessoas idosas ou com baixa mobilidade.

Hotel é bom, moderno, decoração, bar e restaurante tbm muito bons! A limpeza não foi uma experiência boa, no 1o dia não limparam o quarto e ao solicitar a limpeza no final do dia simplesmente trocaram toalhas e arrumaram a cama.

Bom café da manhã, deveria ter mais funcionários. As instalações são modernas e bonitas, porem o que deixou muito a desejar foi a falta de ar condicionado nos quartos. Foram 7 dias de hospedagem e apenas nos 2 últimos o equipamento foi consertado. Dormi muito mal! Minha prioridade na escolha de hotel é sempre que tenha ar condicionado, me senti prejudicada.

Hotel maravilhoso. Quartos amplos, máquina de café e água quente disponível nos quartos, banheiros modernos, limpos e com box com chuveiro. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente, com um grande buffet muito variado.Como diferencial, destaco que no hall de entrada tinha sempre maçãs e água saborizada à disposição. O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro de Florença, mas para quem está de carro é ótimo, pois tem estacionamento no local.
