Service from staff was superb. Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in. When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby. Everything else was a great experience.

The hotel staff and services went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food and service at happy hour and breakfast were amazing! The room bed was a little worn but overall an amazing experience. We would definitely go back!

This was a last minute find and so so happy with the hospitality we received from Leonardo We felt like we were staying in a castle. Located so close to Ponte Vecchio. Quiet nights sleep. They had wine at 7 for everyone , breakfast in the morning and tea time in the afternoon. Would stay here again

Great hotel!

No getting around that first flight of stairs, but the hotel is worth it! Very clean & beautiful. The staff goes above & beyond! The happy hours & breakfasts are excellent & there’s a wonderful restaurant right across the street. I loved this place!

We stayed in two different rooms at the beginning and end of our trip - we liked one more than the other but that is part of the unique aspects of a boutique hotel in an old building in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful (Leonardo!), breakfast was very good and it's a prime location to walk to everything in Florence.
