Severely Disapointed

Overall the structure of the apartment and building was good. The apartment felt safe. The location from the train station was perfect. Once inside the apartment the disappointment began. The couches were stained, old, and broken. The mattresses were expired and should be thrown away. ALL of the bedding had stains on it. Even the extra blanket. The bathrooms had no hand soap, the toilet paper was on the floor, there was no dish soap and the freezer was full of ice with frost burn. Lights were broken, the shower head was broken, various outlets did not work. I did not expect a luxury stay by any means, based on price. But the basic amenities that were advertised were subpar to say the least. We left a night earlier than expected because we were so disgusted.

Bella casa ma da rivedere

Una finestra lucernario aveva un infiltrazione d acqua direttamente sopra il letto e gocciolava durante la pioggia (foto). Congelatore inutilizzabile causa presenza massiva di ghiaccio che ne impediva inoltre la chiusura. Stereo non funzionante. DVD non funzionante. Nessuna appendini per asciugamani. Nessun porta carta igienica. Impianto idraulico di pressurizzazione entrava in funzione 30 secondi emettendo forte rumore. Stoviglie sporche.
