It is situated on the fourth floor of a historic building without an elevator, so it is recommended for guests comfortable with climbing stairs.

The property features a spacious double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with a small balcony, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed—ideal for hosting up to four guests. The living area also includes a compact kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop (no oven), dishwasher, kettle, and refrigerator. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for both short and long stays, offering a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the city. The apartment also comes with a washer-dryer, ideal for longer visits.
