Séjour à Florence

Hôtel et personnel super, très disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique avec un choix varié. L'hôtel se trouve à 10 min du centre ville à pied. Les chambres sont très jolies bien équipées, mini bar gratuit, cependant la salle de bain n'est pas super bien aménagée, car il est impossible de prendre une douche sans transformer la salle de bain en patogeoire mais cela reste un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel de charme trés bien situé 10 min du centre ville à pied.

Compliments : L'hôtel est très bien situé, 10 min à pied du centre ville. L'hôtel a une décoration de charme, cocooning et très romantique, tout en blanc. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre est très belle et romantique tout vêtue de blanc. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix sucrés et salés. Critiques : La salle bain n'était pas propre du tout : sol très sale rempli de tâches noires, les plaintes remplies de poussière, les murs de la douche remplit de tâches. La femme de chambre nous a laissé le sac poubelle plein sur le meuble tv. Ce n'est pas acceptable pour un 4 étoiles et par rapport au prix de la chambre. Manque de services en chambre : lunch, boissons...

Schöne Ausstattung mit Fehlern

Die Ankunft gestaltete sich angenehm, die Informationen waren gut, das Auto konnte abgegeben werden. Die Einrichtung originell und hübsch. Das Bad mit aufgeweichtem, rostigen Türrahmen, rostigem Kübel und rostigem WC-Beseli erstaunte. Bei der ersten Dusche wussten wir dann warum: Wegen der offenen Dusche setzten wir alles unter Wasser. Mit drei Badetüchern mussten wir den Boden trocknen. In der Minibar hatte es gerade mal vier Getränke: Gas mit, Gas ohne Wasser, ein Orangensaft und sonst noch so ein Softdrink. Mühsam. Der Service war einmal mühsam, da kein Getränk mehr um 22.00Uhr erhältlich, dann wieder gut, da Getränk um 22.00 Uhr erhältlich. Die Angestellte des zweiten Abenddienstes konnte uns tatsächlich ein Getränk zubereiten. Das Frühstück war fein und stimmungsvoll in einem schönen Frühstückraum.
