My stay in Florence was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional staff. Their dedication went above and beyond expectations, and the warmth and attentiveness of each individual made me eager to return. Furthermore, both breakfast and dinner were superb, and the hotel's location offered excellent accessibility. Adding to the memorable experience, we were delighted with a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also provided invaluable recommendations for local attractions.
