The apartment has all you need for a great stay and is very centrally located to see all the sites. It is very clean and spacious. The lift is very helpful to carry you luggage in and out also. There are great restaurants and cafes within a couple of minutes which is a great bonus!

We were able to get early access which was so helpful. Good communication from staff. Big clean unit with nice layout for bedrooms and bathrooms. Appreciated the dish and body soap, would have helped to have laundry soap too. Monday workers were doing construction early. Perfect location for all the important sites.

Great apartment in a superb location

We had a great stay at the Federighi apartment. It is in a great location close to the train station & historic landamark of Florence but on a fairly quiet street. The apartment was nicely decorated with comfortable rooms. My only suggestion is to have paper towel, cling wrap & aluminium foil in th kitchen.

Fun in Florence

We spent two nights and two and a half days in Florence. The apartment was in a very good spot, convenient to everything and well equipped. My only complaint was with the lack of decent bed pillows! I would recommend and stay here again.

Family Time in Florence

Beautiful, updated apartment with easy access to everything. There were several markets close by and it’s only a block from the river. The high ceilings and windows in every room made it feel even bigger than it was. The kitchen had everything we needed and dining room gave our family plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed this apartment and the communication and check in with the host and team were great. We’d stay here again!

Perfect Accommodation for Our Florence Trip !

This apartment was the BEST location ! We walked from the train station with luggage (15-20 mins), and then walked everywhere we needed to go for our 2-day stay. The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for our 2-couple group. It was only one floor up from ground level, and there was an elevator for luggage needs. The only negative, would be some noise issues with the street-facing bedroom… pedestrians in the evening, and some traffic, very early in the morning. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was very nice. However the sofa was broken, so you can only use one side and there were not enough pillows, nor adequate number of pillows. It made sleeping less comfortable. On the whole, it was a nice place but those things made it less great.
