Inaccurate listing and many things not working
This property was rented for four female friends for part of a retreat. The listing is in accurate as it does not Mention the number of stairs required to access the property; Which is 81. A number of items were faulty and did not work. The coffee pot did not work. The upstairs shower flooded every time you turn it on and soaked the rest of the bathroom. By the way, they give each person no matter the number of days, they are staying one set of towels. With a leaky shower, these towels are necessary to mop up the mess. Also, you’re expected to only use one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. There is no back up for any of these items nor is it listed in the posting that you are required to supply them so yourself . Had to been listed we would’ve gladly brought them. When I politely messaged them about the coffee maker not working I was told to send a video to an email address that did not provide it. The response was literally a bunch of dots. They did eventually supply an email address. Although how do I send a video of nothing happening?! The pictures represent this listing as somewhat of a mid century, modern aesthetic. That is not at all the case. The furniture is rundown and very minimal to say the least. Point in fact, the skylight in the upstairs bedroom across from the bathroom, actually leaked and soaked the bed in that bedroom. We reached out to the host on two different platforms and have yet to receive a response.
