The perfect stay with exceptional service

The service provided was excellent and personal even before we arrived. Valeria was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another visit

Very cute property. Room was excellent with sauna right next door. Very close to train, self serve laundry and onsite parking which was so convenient. But best was host. Valaria was extremely nice and made herself available to help in anyway. Wish every location we stayed had her on staff. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Wonderful B&B highly recommended

Great two night stay at the Comfort B&B. Wonderful host made sure we were well looked after, despite her not speaking English and us not speaking Italian! Comfortable superking bed and room with a balcony, where we ate both nights. The B&B is very well situated a few minutes walk from the tram stop, which takes you into the centre of Florence in 10 minutes. Eating places, etc nearby and just round the corner, a great bakery, where we had coffee and croissants before heading into Florence for the day. (Host will arrange breakfast if you want.) Best of all, there is private secure car parking on the premises, as parking and driving generally in Florence is a nightmare. Highly recommend this place.

In January, we were able to take a rest very comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days in Florence. The tram station was very close to the hotel and it was very convenient to take the tram to the city around the Florence Cathedral and go to the bus tour site early in the morning. Also, there was no problem when returning to the hotel late at night by the tram. Above all, the room was very clean and very comfortable with the spacious bathroom and bathtub, and the courtyard seen from the second floor balcony was really good. The parking space is well prepared. Thanks to the consideration of the host, we could have a parking at the hotel and go sightseeing in Florence during the afternoon after check-out on our last day. After we left Italy and came back home, we noticed that there were something left at the hotel. Nevertheless, we were very grateful to the host, Mattia for helping us find it and finally get it back.

Oasis in Florence

A great oasis for those who want to visit crazy busy touristic Florence. Clean, comfortable, well equiped, very kind and helpful host [Mattia], comfortable, etc. Far enough from the crazy busy centre and at the same time it is easy to get there. E.g. by tram. Includes private parking place and closed chill-out garden.
