It is strategically located a few minutes walk from the tramway stop leading to the historic centre of Florence ( less than 10 minutes ) and 5 minutes drive from the airport. It consists of a living room with kitchenette furnished with dining table, TV and a comfortable double sofa bed, a beautiful double bedroom with full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Both rooms overlook the pleasant balcony furnished with a small table for an outdoor breakfast. The flat has air conditioning/heating, electric blinds, wi fi. The lift leads not only to the entrance door but also to the basement where there is a large private parking space.

Nice stay for 2

Cute and cozy apartment for 2. Perfect if you have a car as the building has secure parking under the building. Convenient shopping and large grocery store across the street. Our issue was the air conditioners were not working and had to sleep with the windows open with a lot of noise from the main street. Luckily, the weather was cool and we were so tired from exploring the city we slept well. The owner is very nice and accommodating and very apologetic.
