The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather.

Great Hotel Close to the Sites

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome and the staff were so helpfull. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Brilliant hotel, very close to all the sites in Florence. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Only downside would be the bar wasn't open on the evening and there was some renovations taking place that we wasnt aware of, but would recommend staying here!

Amazing staff and hotel in central location

Amazing staff and right-sized quadruple room. It’s in a central location close to the main train hub, market and famous landmarks of Florence! We will stay here again if we visit Florence!

Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again.

Great stay in convenient location near train stati

Such an amazing last minute find. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so good everyday. The room is nice and big. We also had a great view. Would recommend and stay again.
