very good location, close to the train station and we walk to all places and all resturants durig our stay. We arrived around noon and the front desk was very kind and acoomendate our earlier check in. Basic breafast but no complain as it was free. Mia and Niki were super nice every morning and the coffee they made were top notch. Being an Expedia gold member, I was entitled to free drinks. The hotel gave me free mini bar drinks with different water, juice and local beer. The drinks were refilled everyday. The bathroom is very good and new. I wish there were floating shelves in the room for us to put small things. Wil definitely stay there again if we go back (and we will!) to Firenze. :)

We have stayed at the family suite. There's this weird rumbling sound all night. I've addressed multiple people at the front. They promised me that they would escalate to their management. But until we checked out after another night, they didn't do anything, literally anything. I had to have the front person come with me to the room to check in the middle of the night, and he acknowledged the noise, tried to turn of the AC but the noise didn't stop. If you don't like the noise or can't sleep under noise, please avoid this hotel.

This was the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Giovanni at the front desk was extremely helpful as we needed to find certain places and he knew exactly where we needed to go. If we ever go back to Florence this would be the hotel we would stay in .
