An excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the treasures of Florence. Breakfast or aperitivo at the rooftop Angel restaurant bar is a must. Considering the central location, our room was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed and air con on. Moreover, all the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Perfect location. Rooms are updated and very nice. Lots of room and good lighting. The frond desk people were very nice and helpful. Only complaints the rooftop bar was reserved both nights for private party, so it was closed and we could not enjoy. Also the drain on the shower overflowed but they fixed it the next day.

Charming hotel in the heart of the historic district in Florence. Good breakfast. Front desk employees, particularly David and the kind attentive ladies in the breakfast area, get a special shout out. Areas of improvement would include: thin walls and very noisy rooms on the street side. Bar noises until three in the morning. Housekeeping was a little lax.
