The property is very convenient for access to the central region of Florence. Restaurants, shopping and tourist attractant buildings are readily available and it's close to the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left too early to have breakfast so I cannot comment on this aspect. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. The main drawback is you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the hotel,

Breakfast options were limited and the fruit was mushy, coffee tasted burnt. Hotel staff were nice. You have to walk up like 4 flights of stairs to get to the lobby, there’s no elevator.

Pros: Very clean; friendly staff; options for luggage storage pre/post check in. Air conditioned!! Cons: Didn’t love the 50 steps up to the check in, or the lack of assistance getting suitcases up or down! Because of the narrow streets, you also need to wheel your bags to and from the train station as it’s not cab friendly. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, are very small. Breakfast underwhelming.

The room was one of rhe nicer ones on the trip. Small but quite workable for a short stay. We stayed 3 days. Location worked out well as we could easily walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. There is no elevator and you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and the variety was good.

Great location in Florence

Good place to stay close to everything in Florence. Area was safe. Instructions to get to hotel were clear. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no elevator. Make sure you are ready to go up several flights of stairs.

Nice location but you need to climb...

The location was a key reason for the score. Easy to get to everything in Firenze, including my favorite Tratorria Sergios. The room was clean but very difficult to move around in. There is no lift so you need to climb the stairs to get to the reception. The breakfast was fine.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage is available for free if you arrive before your room is ready or have to check out before you're ready to leave town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fully modern bathroom.

This property is old and charming. Could use some updating - especially the bathroom. But it was clean and the staff very helpful. Their breakfast was amazing! Be warned there is no lift and they tell you the hotel is on the second floor BUT they start at floor zero there. That's TWO flights of stairs with luggage.

Fantastic location in the center of everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! The reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated that there was a wonderful breakfast that was included in our stay. Although, there is no elevator and we did not like the unpleasant smell in the stairwell….of course that just minor issue, please don’t let this not booking here.

The location is very centralized, so convenient to get to anywhere in Florence. The only draw back is no elevator so carrying large luggages up 2 stories is kind of hard. However, the staff, the location and the price of the hotel more than make up for it. You just need to be aware of this point before you book and you won't be disappointed. One bonus point, they have a large family room with one large and two small beds. Perfect for a family of four.

Our room was so ridiculously small that we could only fit 1 suitcase in our room, my husbands suitcase had to stay outside and I had to turn sideways to walk from my side of the bed to the bathroom. I have been travelling since mid October and this is the only hotel I would not recommend nor return too. Your staff so far have been lovely

Stay in a small cozy corner of Florence.

Very large room, it would sleep four comfortably. Bathroom needs done updating. The fan stays on after leaving the bathroom. No body lotion. Minimal but fine for a night. Staff great, breakfast fine, checkin very easy.
