Elevator at night and random hours of the day does not work. Hard especially of you have luggages with you to carry . Room is okay but could have add extra mirror/ long mirror outside the bathroom. Only mirror is in the bathroom.

Loved the location of this little hotel. We were able to easily stop in and rest/freshen up and then be right back out there. The street the hotel is located on had lots of Asian/Chinese restaurants and markets. While we did not eat at any of the restaurants (they seemed quite busy) we did enjoy being able to pop into the Asian markets for some quick drinks and snacks. The staff at this hotel were all so friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel City. Nice little boutique hotel, with clean room, excellent staff, and centrally located within a short walk of the Duomo and many of Florence’s attractions, restaurants, etc.
