The room was spacious, clean, and both the bathroom and bedroom were in excellent condition. Claudia reached out before our trip by phone and text, which made the check-in and check-out process very smooth and gave us a strong sense of trust. We also had no trouble at all leaving our luggage. The staff member we met in the morning was incredibly kind—when we asked to use the microwave, they took the time to heat all of our food for us. The location couldn’t have been better. It was very convenient to get to great restaurants, major attractions, and shopping areas. If we come back to Florence, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
