Nice hotel very close to tram and main train stations. Lots of nice local restaurants around the hotel if you want to dine nearby. The facilities were good and the staff were really helpful, especially with allowing us to leave our luggage with them before and after check-in. The room facilities were basic but in line with the star rating. The cleanliness wasn’t the best; we experienced full bin bags removed from the bin but tied and left in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned particularly well during room refreshes. Breakfast was very good with lots of options but a few odd rules such as not allowing guests to fill water bottles for the day ahead from the water cooler. I get being strict with taking food out of the breakfast room, but having the same rule with water seemed a bit strict. All in all though a nice stay and I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a fair stay at a reasonable price.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and simple, but very nice — just what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: within easy walking distance to the main attractions and conveniently just around the corner from the train station. The front desk staff were especially helpful, offering useful information about the local tram system and making sure I had what I needed to get around. One charming feature of the property is the old-fashioned lift — a welcome sight after a long day of walking! The only real downside was the continental breakfast, which was quite basic with limited options. It did the job, but don't expect much variety. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for clean, well-located accommodation with friendly service.

You get what you pay for

Overall Clean room, polite and accomodating staff.our room had broken internal window and very grubby air conditioning remote. Hot breakfast was luke warm at best, however range of food and facilities was good.

Location was everything! Literally within one block to the train station and walking distance to main attractions. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They have 24/7 front desk. Note it is located in the third floor and they have a very small elevator in you are traveling with bags and can’t do stairs.

This was a great property. One block away from the train station which is great if you are traveling through Italy by Train. It is a walking distance to all major attractions in Florence. There is staff 24/7 working here. Bed was comfortable. Room was big enough compared to other cities in Europe and air conditioner helped during the heat.

Overall good value hotel

Overall okay place to stay considering that price is quite friendly comparing other hotel. Located close to train station with around 5 min walk. Atmosphere of the building itself is a bit monotonous and dark. If you’re looking for romantic or warm relaxing place to stay. This may not be your best choice. Dark staircase and old fashioned signs at entrance. Has a small lift that actually works well. Clean place overall. Room is made every morning. Towel changed daily. Big and spacious room where you can open up to 2 suitcases at same time i guess. Big comfy bed and pillows. Air con works very well. Be expected to hear a bit traffic noise from the street, and kids crying next door. but usually will be quiet after 12:00 where you should be able to catch sleep. Free simple breakfast until 10. But some food will run out if you are not the early bird.
