I was in room number four a well appointed room the size of a jail cell At least I could come and go at will The real robot looked the street which was a bit noisy in the morning, the narrow street and the cacophony of sound was a bit much Darrio and Fortunatato we outstanding and extremely helpful in how to move about the city and provided a simple map which was great

Lovely for a city break

Lovely guest house, right in the heart of Florence. Perfect for a city break, within a few minutes walk from major sights. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and decorated in a traditional Florentine style.

My single room was very small but ok. At a similar hotel last year I paid the same but the price included an excellent breakfast. I would consider Morandi next EXCEPT: When I discovered that I had left credit cards and cash in the room's safe, I sent them a message but received no reply. Truly astonishing and unexpectedly disappointing.

Fantastic hospitality and advice from the host Dario. We felt very welcomed since the beginning of our stay. The room had a very cute charm with great amenities including free water and coffee. Very close and walkable to major tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again!
