My partner and I felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay. The receptionist, Boubicar, was clearly homophobic and treated us with disrespect. When I reported this to the manager, she was dismissive and didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to LGBTQ guests.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Florence. It’s five mins walk to the duomo and most all other tourist attractions. The area around the hotel is full of amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is brilliant. Rooms spotless and nicely furnished. We were on fourth floor snd had a double room. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was limited but again very nice. Room the breakfast is in is stunning with a beautiful arch. Would highly recommend and is totally worth what you pay for it. Also recommend the bar across the street as well!

Love love this hotel

The desk receptionist was always helpful in recommending restaurants and also very helpful with taxi’s etc. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff working breakfast were great!

I enjoyed my stay at the Palazzo Benci very much. The staff were excellent and efficient without being obtrusive. Always willing to help. The room was perfect for my purposes and was clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff spoke English and so communication was not a problem.
