Nice hotel in a great location and convenient to attractions and train station. Very modern and clean room. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is that there were gnats flying around in the dining room as well as my room and common area perhaps from the plants.

Hotel Rapallo is a little gem! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew that our stay would be great! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and Lorenzo each time we returned to the hotel. The complimentary delicious breakfast is served in an elegant room, where snacks are also served throughout the day. Our room was spacious and immaculate! This was our first stay at the Hotel Rapallo and it will be our first choice in Firenze! Grazie Mille!

This is a fabulous little boutique hotel in walking distance of all attractions in Florence. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard. Room was very comfortable and the staff were all so helpful. There is complementary afternoon tea/coffee with cakes, pastries and sandwiches in the bar from 5 until 7 every night with I thought was a lovely treat after a day of sight seeing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would give it 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence :))

Very lovely hotel. Situated about 15 minutes away from the main centre of Florence, a very nice walk and takes you away from the bustle at the end of the day. The hotel is immaculately decorated and very clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the owner also is very hands on and ensures everything runs smoothly. The little bar is intimate, they serve afternoon tea between 5 and 730 which was a lovely addition. Breakfast is great, and caters for all. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed so much staying at the Rapallo Hotel. It has a great location. Close to the Duomo, Mercato Central, Fortaleza de Baso, restaurants and souvenir stores. The customer service is exceptional. I loved my breakfast. Just an amazing experience.
