Wonderful hotel in a great location, with exceptional staff! We were able to use their luggage storage to explore Florence at its fullest. The rooms were so cozy, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel is very sweet, with clean rooms, well located and very kind staff. Only downside is that noise in the hallway does carry into the rooms so suggest packing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I stayed in a single room and it was well sized for one person.

Close to everything but just enough away as not to be too busy. The room was clean and tidy and the shower had good pressure. There are a few stairs but not many. A big plus is the always friendly and helpful staff. I would go back there again.

I would give 6 stars if I could - rooms are decorated beautifully & are super clean. the location - especially if you want to visit the Accademia early in the morning - is perfect. I loved the coffee & snack station the lobby. everyone working there was also super friendly (they recommended me a great pizza place that matched my needs perfectly). I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my visit to Florence.

Property is about 15 minutes walk from train station and museums. No tissues in room, steep steps to climb to 2nd story. Staff is excellent and very helpful. No Refrig or coffee maker in room. Community refrig and coffee maker.
