Great place. Wonderful front desk staff. Location close enough to the tourist area, but far enough to be quiet. Renovated rooms. Clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately we got a small room and not much space for our large luggage. I would stay here again and get a bigger room.

Amazing staff, super friendly. The pool was very welcome during a heat wave, and the spa was amazing! The pasta here is quite decent and it was very clean hotel room. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were memory foam! The only downside: if your room windows face the restaurant, it can be noisy in the mornings and late evenings.

Great Hotel for families!

Amazing accommodation outside of busy area, very quiet, clean, comfortable. The double bed is an American queen size, “family” room also had two twins, perfect for a family of four! Amazing bathroom with waterfall shower and the best water pressure. Accommodating staff, great breakfast. Worth the 15 min walk to the river and landmarks. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Great stay

The hotel was very clean and had great amenities in the room. Close to restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. Pool was good for a quick dip on a hot day but not a full swimming pool and not many lounge chairs. Spa was nice too. Water station on each floor and washer and dryer was nice to have (need euros). Skip the room service pizza. It was not good at all. Many other places to find good pizza.

Property and staff were exceptional. We spent a week there and it was the perfect home base - an oasis after full days in Florence. Especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet, comfortable beds and the pool. Would highly recommend and plan to return.
