Hotel location is moments away from main attractions, restaurants, bars etc. Don't be put off by the Hotel entrance, access via secure gates and lift to the 3rd floor Reception. Very helpful staff, bedroom and bathroom very comfortable and spacious. Small breakfast room but always very well stocked, super friendly staff and kept very clean. A great 3 star hotel option for an enjoyable stay in Florence.

Comfortable hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The room didn't have any good view but we were using the hotel as a place to rest between our activities. The best part of the room was the shower. After a long day of activities, it was a bliss to get in the shower and get a deep massage with the high pressured water. The breakfast is typical cold, continental spread with different breads, fruits and juice/tea/coffee. They had good pillows (hard and soft for each person) and there was an in-room safe. The location was good too with all the major sites within 5-15 minutes of walking distance.

Amazing stay!!!

Hotel was amazing. All the Hotel employees were very friendly, courteous & helpful. Room was clean & well maintained. Breakfast was good. I rarely find beds in hotels good. I like my bed mattress on the firm side and it hit the mark here. We really had a great time!!! The location of hotel is fantastic, next to the Duomo and within 0.5-1 km of every major tourist attraction.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel’s location is superb and walkable to all attractions. Despite being located on a busy street, our room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast is generous. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel perfectly positioned for attractions

Oscar and all staff were very friendly and super helpful. Al spoke excellent English. We booked tickets for attractions through them and they gave extensive advice and great options. We mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and within minutes of arrival, Oscar brought a bottle of Prosecco on ice to our room. A very lovely touch. Location is excellent just 2 mins from the Domo and easy walking to other main attractions. We highly recommend the hotel and particularly the excellent location and staff.
