Nestled between Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, in a prime spot close to major attractions, this apartment offers a tranquil haven for a peaceful night's sleep. Yet, it's just a step away from the vibrant heart of the city, ready for exploration. Conveniently located near a vast array of restaurants, bars, markets, shops, and other amenities, we'll provide a list of local favorites upon your arrival to enhance your experience.
The apartment, with its high ceilings, is well-equipped for comfort with air conditioning (during summer) and heating (from November to mid-April, in compliance with local regulations). Designed for an unforgettable stay in the magnificent city of Florence, the flat features two bedrooms with king-size beds and one bathroom.
Completing the apartment is a dining room and a small, functional kitchen (equipped with a microwave but please note the absence of an oven). All windows are fitted with shutters to completely block out light, and the rooms have large windows with double glazing for optimal insulation.
Le Grazie 1 is situated on the second floor of a building that harks back to the 16th century. And no, it doesn't have an elevator – adding to its historic charm. :)

Great location in Florence

This was a great location for walking to all of the major attractions in Florence. The accommodations were spacious with two large bedrooms and beds. A small kitchen that worked for our needs and a nice living room with table, couch and fridge. We really enjoyed our e-bike tour, the tour company is just next door down the alley- highly recommend!

Great location…. But it stinks.

We were really thrilled with the location of this place, and for two couples, the bedrooms were the perfect size. Not ideal for cooking, but we weren’t looking to cook in much. However each morning, there was a pungent, sewage smell, so bad it made us rush out of the apartment every morning. We paid for the early check in, and were able to drop our bags in the apparel before it was cleaned. We smelled the putrid odor at that time (12pm) and what I didn’t appreciate was the property manager saying, “It must have been because of the previous guests.” On the topic of early check in, the cleaner had already started on another apartment right across the hall. However, knowing what time we were coming in, I think it could have been better coordinated that our flat be cleaned first. So we could not only drop our bags, but take the time to freshen up before having to head out for the day until regular check in. If you want an incredible location & have no sense of smell, this is the place for you!

Florence visit

This was a great property located a short walking distance to all the major sites in Florence. We had booked the Duomo climb at 1330 and the property manager was able to meet us early to drop our bags off so we could make our scheduled time - thank you Niccolo!!

As pictured with unwanted surprises

The location of this unit was excellent. However, there were far too many unwanted surprises inside; master bedroom smelled of sewer and worsened any time someone in the building would use water, our water itself was supposed to be safe to drink but it tasted like plastic, AC units were finicky and would occasionally work…mattresses were lumpy and old. I would not stay here again even with the amazing location.

Great location

Great location. AC worked well. Unit was clean. It was near the Arno river so there were a lot of mosquitos; so have some big repellent spray to avoid bites.

Nice easy rental in A+ location

Management is very responsive, helped with all our needs, Location is the best, right on river historic city connected, short walk to Dvecchio bridge. Easy to park taxi/car out front unload, upload suitcases. Second floor flat but 43 steps to climb. Parked for free 4 nights overnight in the Fort Belvedere parking lot and walked down to the river. Florence is the best! Famous sandwhich shop around the corner.
