From the moment of booking, Silvia reached out to me & ensured she would be there by the time of my arrival, to give me a tour and make sure I knew the essentials, and if I needed breakfast where to leave, the menu the night before. She made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our family and most importantly it had air conditioner, bathroom and shower small, clean and cute. Close to Firenze S.M.N. Terminal station, and near by all local transit transportation, but you can easily walk anywhere in town. Thanks Silvia.

Silvia is a helpful and kind host:) The location is excellent (just a few min walk from the train station). The room is very clean and tidy. Breakfast at your own choice and delivered freshly to your room at designated time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Amazing view!

The pictures don’t do it justice. We had just an amazing visit! The Roofdeck pool absolutely makes this hotel. Such a perfect view of the acropolis. Sunset is unreal. There are two of these hotels in Athens. Make sure you tell the taxi to get to the correct one.

Great B&B in Florence

Accommodations exceeded description. Room was larger than most European hotel/B&B rooms. The owner, Silvia, was attentive to any needs and was a delight. B&B conveniently located near SMN train station and within walking distance of the major attractions (approx 10-15 minutes)

The hostess could not have been kinder and more helpful in retrieving our train tickets for us. The small B&B is clean and quiet. The room was modern and spacious. We found it easily from the train station nearby. The central Florence location puts most of the attractions, restaurants, and knickknack shops within walking distance. The in-room breakfast was uniformly good. I highly recommend this choice for the mature traveler.

Everything is just great. The host, Silvia was most helpful. Two days before my arrival, she has already emailed me to provide clear directions on how to walk over from the nearby train station. Breakfast was great too!
