Very hard to find this property. There was nobody at the front desk for most of our stay. Also, the front desk person was new to the job so couldn't help with restaurant suggestions.

We had an excellent experience staying at this place! The location is amazing, only 1-2 min walk from piazza Vecchia and museum uffizi. The lady at the check in desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and local advice on the must-sees, and when we checkout she informed us about the onging strike, which really save us a lot of effort. Hotel room is comfy and spacious.

Location of the property was awesome. You are right next to the statue of David plaza and the bridge that has all the jewelry stores. Hence, you are in a heart of the city. Views from the 5th floor were nice. Staff was very friendly.

Stellar location and decent room, worked perfect for the basics - shower and sleep! Location is hard to find at first but once you get it, it’s an easy walk to see the sights!

The ONLY thing going about this place is its location. I can not believe the rating this property has. When you walk in it looks like its a dorm room from the 80's. Don't expect much.
