Not good for warm weather

When the air conditioning works, it's in the sun / laundry room (not lounge). Very difficult to cool bedrooms. We opened windows at night and all 5 if us were attacked by mosquito. The only other place with AC is on the 2nd floor library / vintage collectibles area (very dark) with only two chairs and a security sensor with camera. A little awkward and uncomfortable. Management company was responsive. Catalina was friendly and great as the greeter. She gave good advice for the surrounding area. Overall, the house is very very vintage and could use some TLC. A large amount cabinets and rooms blocked along with many personal affects left in the bathrooms and other areas. Outlets were minimal and outlet styles inconsistent. Also, no hand soap was provided for the restrooms. Additionally, no onsite rubbish containers, be prepared to discard trash around the block upon departure. Location is near train and bus stations for excursions.
