Nice apartment in Florence

We spent two nights in Florence. The apartment is nice and clean. It is smaller than I anticipated. We have 4 people and it seems to be quite small for us. We made it work in the end, but I would prefer a bigger place. The place may be a good size for a couple. The price is affordable for a place like Florence, especially for young people. I would not recommend the place for family with young kids.

Excellent location!

This apartment was in an excellent location...close to all the sights, yet quiet. The check-in process was minimal and the property manager was slow to respond to our requests. Though when the city unexpectedly shut off the water because of nearby construction, she delivered bottled water for all the guests. In the listing it says "parking available", but it really isn't (a nearby parking garage is 70 Euros per day and street parking is rare).

Great place to stay with friends or family

Traveled to Florence for a few days with a friend of mine and this was the perfect location for us to explore the city and experience what it had to offer. Everything was within a walkable distance from the apartment and the check in process was easy, despite use arriving to the property late at night. The closest restaurant is on the ground floor right below the apartment, you can see it from the window. Overall, great place, highly recommend if with a small friend group or family of 3-4.

The location of this apartment is wonderful, just a short 10minute walk to the main attractions. There is a main level with a small bathroom, kitchen, master bed and living room. A loft area above the main bedroom as well as above the living room provided extra sleeping quarters.

A nice apartment with an excellent location in the beautiful walkable city of Florence. Location is a stone throw from the Arno river and a short walk from Ponte Vecchio. Annalisa, the managing host, was helpful all through, including being there at the relatively late check in time we set at 8:00Pm. Apartment itself is well arranged and maintained, and wide enough to sleep up to 5 people comfortably. That said, it is best suited for a family or a group of friends. There is a hanging floor with a semi-double bed over the main bedroom, and another with a single bed over the living room. a minimalist size full bathroom, and a well stuffed kitchen. I hope this apartment will be vacant in our next visit to Florence.

A lovely apartment for a short trip

We stayed here for a few nights and the apartment was suitable for our needs. Well decorated and comfortable although it did get very warm and sometimes was too warm to sleep well. I would say this apartment is a good size for two people, but any more than that would be a squeeze. The location is excellent. Just a short walk across the bridge to the centre of town, as well as several sights to see! The river is a beautiful setting in the evenings and there is a fabulous ice cream shop on the same street. Annalisa was a very helpful host, left notes and helpful tips for us to make the most of our trip. Thank you very much for having us!

Perfect little apartment

We just returned from Annalisa's apartment in Florence. It is in a perfect location - walking distance to much and in a quiet building. Annalisa was great with information and very welcoming. Apt is perfect for a couple or three - a family of four with two small children would be ok. Kitchen very nice size and well equipped. My only suggestion would be light reducing blinds in the bedroom as the restaurants nearby and street lighting come through (or wear a night mask). Would definitely recommend!

Great time in Florence!

My daughter, her fiancée and I had 2 days to stay in Florence and this little apartment was perfect. We were very busy during those 2 days and really just needed a place to sleep and this place fit the bill. It was very clean and had everything that is needed. Annalise was a wonderful hostess and even gave us a grocery store discount card to use. We really loved Florence and hope to come again!

Perfect location!!

We enjoyed a very short stay in Florence. Annalisa and the apartment were a perfect fit for our family. We toured Sante Croce and the Boboli and Bardini Gardens and visited the Piazzale Michelangelo and it was fabulous!!! Thank you!!!! We will return!

The location was perfect. We could walk to every museum and attraction without stressing ourselves. Annalisa had ample brochures and was very helpful in showing us where things were nearby. The apartment was comfortable and spacious.

Very convenient, nice landlord

This is a homey little apartment with lots of thoughtful touches. It's somewhat hard to find parking but that is typical in Florence. We appreciated the washing machine and all the information on local attractions. One suggestion would be to add more powerful fans. We were there during a heatwave and the little fans did little to cool it down.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was only a short walk to get anywhere and we found it nice to be away from the more congested area of the city. This apartment has a well equipped kitchen. Annalisa is a wonderful host. We would stay here again.

Generally as described and photos are realistic.

Host quite helpful. Wifi very weak signal and we could only connect with 1 device. Apartment has a bit of a musty smell when it's closed up so as long as windows can be opened up no problem. It's a beautiful old building and we had a fantastic time with everything in walking distance.
