In the heart of Firenze

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on VRBO. Jaqueline (host) was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here. We LOVED this apartment. It is right outside a market - and at night, we were treated with music from various violinists, celloists, guitarists, etc. who played after the market closed shop for the day. The host provided a list of restaurant recommendations that were not your average tourists spots - and they did not disappoint. The wifi worked well. And the apartment is in walking distance to all of the main areas in Florence. We will undoubtedly use again when we return.

Perfect location. Jacqueline made check-in easy, found us dinner reservations our first night and helped us get a taxi to the airport! AC was welcome. Nightly music from talented buskers below our window who used acoustics of Mercato Nuovo loggia for performances.

The apartment was beautiful. The two bedroom/two bath arrangement was perfect for my adult daughter and me. We were right across from the market, and at night, we would hear either a violin or cello being played in the loggia space. Great place to stay in Florence.

Amazing apartment that looks even better in person. The location is central to everything and really places you in the middle of the action. We loved everything about the place and would return again. The only potential downside (which did not bother us) is that you will hear some noise from people outside enjoying the city in the evening.

She was knowledgeable about Florence, and provided us with great information about where to eat, drink, and visit. She made reservations for us! Best manager I've encountered. Property was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and centrally located. Absolutely beautiful, central location. Check in was easy. The property manual needed to be updated as location of trash drop off was closed. Also listed that ground coffee and water would be provided upon arrival, but was not.

Great Location

Great property in a prime location. The wifi was out for part of our stay and communication from the host was sometimes slow (probably due in part to the wifi). Nonetheless, the host was very pleasant and we would have extended our booking an extra night but did not get a response to our request until past check-out so we made other arrangements.
