Great location

Great location, easy to contact them. But Jill appartment needs some tlc It's easy walking distance to Ponte Vechio, Bobili, Pitti Palace, don't miss the church SSpirito with the beautiful cross carved by Michelangelo, tictok fans will enjoy the fotoautimatica - vintage one not sure it was working tho. The sliding bathroom door does not close & as much as I love my OH I do not need to hear what goes on in the bathroom. The shower has obviously leaked & the laminate floor has lifted, causing a trip hazard. The equipment needs checking and some instructions left, unless we had gone looking to see what the big key opened we would not have known there was a washer/ dryer. the electric went off and my OH had to in search of a fuse box, if I'd been by myself I'm not sure if have found it, but they did respond quickly to the WhatsApp message.

Didn’t like the bathroom , has class all around the front of as doors , you can see a silhouette of the person showering , bathroom door was very heavy and hard to close .

The description was false. We stayed at rhe kelly apartments and there was so much mold on the bathroom walls we both mow have rashes and allergy like symptoms that we did not have prior. (Pictures and videos avaiable). There was only One sheet on the bed, a small light brown blanket not big enough for 2 people happy we brang our own blanket, the towels that were in the room when we arrived were soaking wet to the point you can ring them out. The shower was full a pubic hairs on the walls and floor. The back of the room (outside area) was full of pigeons and the smell is impossible to explain. We had to buy air freshener just to survive the time in the room. The tenants upstairs stomped their feet for hours upon hours day or night. The location was good in the center of the town which was great and the garage service that I paid $240 was also good. I dont have anything positive to add besides those 2 things.

Très déçue de la location du studio Kelly au sous-sol. Il y a une odeur nauséabonde. De plus , une seule sortie en cas de feu. Je n’ai pas passé un beau séjour à Florence. Il y avait aucune possibilité de changer d’appartement.

Buenos días, mi experiencia en este loft fue muy mala, El bagno excesivamente sucio al igual que la entrada y el patio externo una inmundicia increíble abandono total. Molto delusa.
