If I could give 10 stars for this hotel I would. the location is perfection, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is truly the heart of this property! A special shout-out to Antonella, Dario and Nolvin. Thank you for your kindness and making our stay so memorable. You're the BEST!!! I pray all are well after the floods. We will definitely be back - and if you are into fine dining the meal we had at their restaurant was one of the best we have ever had! THANK YOU!!! A

The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Staff is super helpful and courteous. Rooms are dark, small, and smell funny. At least my room did! The lobby is drowning in scented oils. It’s truly unbearable. I couldn’t stand the lobby areas. The scent has reached almost to the top floor.
