If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, this place exhibits what pinnacle of hospitality should be. Fulvio is a kind host who is available to help with a smile on his face. Other staff members are also kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gifted a bottle of wine and location is prime. Excellent Stay in the Heart of Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence! From the moment we arrived, Fulvio gave us a warm and friendly welcome — he was incredibly helpful with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Overall, an excellent experience — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

Fulvio is the best host ever!!! He helped us with our luggages and called our taxi going back to the train station. He also gave us a wine for free but didn’t ended up drinking it. (We don’t drink lol) He’s quick when needed and very helpful! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Room is roomy and clean! Love that we got an upgraded room for family of 3. There’s a breakfast/cafe next to the place with a great coffee and pistachio croissant- which we went for 2 days. Location is amazing! Close to everything! I recommend this place!!!
