I am a 69 year old American woman and took a chance on a 'hostel' in Florence. I will choose Ostello Bello for all of my Florence stays from this day forward. I reserved a single room which was large (for a hostel) and quiet. Ostello Bello has free wifi (I was on a working vacation), fun activities for all, the location is PERFECT. Staff is patient, helpful, and a free drink on arrival set the tone for the weekend.

I was there August 9-12 and the staff that was there during this time went above and beyond. Super friendly and energetic. Not the best with names but huge shoutout to the people that led the sunset tour and karaoke night on Saturday. Would highly recommend.
