Cozy studio, in a very central location. Strategic location, a few steps from the central station, the Basilica Santa Maria Novella and the Cathedral Santa Maria Novella. Located on the third floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building. The Studio consists of:
- large open space with living area with double bed
- equipped kitchenette and dining table

Washing machine and wifi connection available to guests. Air conditioning in all rooms. A set of towels and sheets available to each guest. The Studio is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building, not equipped with an elevator, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, there are about 20 steps to climb.
Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops.
It is possible to easily reach the main attractions of the city on foot.
The Studio is located in a limited traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. According to Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or failure to deliver the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100 EUR will be required.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Small studio apartment on fourth floor of an apartment building located a stones throw from the central train station and very close to the main attractions in the city center. No elevator, which makes it somewhat of a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. Small kitchen with utensils, stone and silverware is a plus, same with the washing machine. Host provided laundry detergent and a bottle of Prosecco.

Good location

the location was close to the train and truly <5 min walk from the duomo. it was in a bustling part of town but we never heard any ruckus from outside. the host even left us water and a bottle of sparkling wine which was so lovely. The only things were that we noticed some bug issues and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Overall though, it was a fine bang for your buck place.

Quirky and Quaint!

Easy to locate, is right off a very busy street, next to a bus stop. S.M Novella train station very close, easy walk even w/luggage. We were met at property by host, shown around and keys given. Collected tourist tax €5.50pp/pn Be aware though there are 60 stairs to climb up to this typical Florentine 3rd floor apt! No elevator/lift. More like a studio apt with basic appliances and kitchenwares. Bathroom was quirky... 2 separate rooms (toilet & bidet w/low doorway/ceiling) and (shower & sink). Clean! Cold A/C! Plenty of storage to unpack and settle in. Firm bed. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery and getting to attractions. Even being so close to main attractions and busy road, it is quiet at night! You can hear the church bells & birds singing, not car horns or sirens! We loved that! It really was a perfect location to just wander Florence and get lost in this amazing city! Recommend for a solo or couple.
