Checking in was simple and quick. Getting to our room our room was left open, not sure why. The room temperature was 80 degrees when we walked in which was uncomfortably hot. The shower floor was filthy but after a long day on the road, it served its purpose

When I first walked in I thought it was nice. Night front desk attendant was nice. Once I got to the room and walked in there was a smell. Dingy, dirty shower. Dingy towels. Shampoo was left on sink but was previously used as the seal was broken so, was the room even cleaned? Bed was not comfortable. I had my service dog with me and was rudely approached by Tammy from the daytime front desk telling me my SERVICE DOG couldn’t be in the “dining” area. I tied her to the chair as to keep her from the food area out of courtesy to other guests. I informed her that it is my SERVICE DOG and Tammy proceeded to question me (really demand) for paperwork and tell me it’s “their policy”. Someone needs to read & familiarize themselves with the Americans with Disabilities Act before they start making demands. I could proceed further for discrimination as she made me upset and embarrassed that I couldn’t even stay to eat my breakfast. Tammy was very rude and I WILL NOT recommend for anyone to stay at this establishment let alone stay there again myself.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast eggs sausage and tater tots were only slightly above room temperature plus not pleasant. The room needs more lighting. Carpets and places around edges is tattered badly.
