Such a cute place & good location. The man who checked us in was waiting for us outside when we arrived and was very nice. The communication of the host was helpful and they replied quickly. The only thing I would warn people about are the steep stairs up to the apartment. Taking our heavy suitcases up and down them were a challenge.

angenehmer Aufenthalt bis auf...

Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage. In circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist von der Wohnung aus an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Da ich die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatte, war ich froh, noch eine zentrale Lage zu bekommen. Die Wohnung selber besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Futonbett, einer Kommode und einer Kleiderecke mit Möglichkeiten, seine Kleidung zu organisieren. Der zweite Raum ist ein Wohnraum mit Küche. Man hat einen großen Esstisch mit 4 sStühlen und zusätzlich ein kleines Sofa, was man mglw. als Zusatzbett benutzen kann. Habe ich aber nicht getestet. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlicht, aber funktionsfähig. Es reicht um zu Frühstücken oder sich eine kleine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Das Bedezimmer befindet sich hinter dem Schlafzimmer und ist einfach ausgestattet. Positiv ist die Waschmaschine, da man im Sommer in Florenz viel schwitzt und so seine Kleidung auch mal kurz waschen kann. Wäscheständer ist vorhanden. In Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer gibt es je eine Klimaanlage, die ich immer in meiner Abwesenheit eingeschaltet habe, Während meines Aufenthalts in der Wohnung habe ich sie dann ausgestellt. Zur Straße gibt es zwei gute Doppelglasfenster, sodass es nicht laut ist. Der große NACHTEIL dieser Wohnung, die im zweiten Stock liegt, sind jedoch die beiden Treppen. Die sind supersteil und eng. Also für Leute mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit ist diese Wohnung definitiv nicht geeignet. Wenn man einigermassen Fit ist und gut zu Fuß, Daumen hoch.
