• Hot Water: The 80-liter electric boiler supports 10–15 minute hot showers.

Once the hot water is used, it takes about one hour to fully recharge.



• Support: We are available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
