The property is bright and was recently renovated and furnished in a modern and elegant style. A short distance to the house, there is the University of Florence and a big complex where are located a mall, a gym, a cinema and much more. This house is outside the city center but it's not so far from the monuments. In the late 2018 the tramline linking this area to the heart of the city will be completd and it will takes very few minutes tio get to the historical center and to the main train station of Santa Maria Novella.
